She truly went above and beyond to help. I could not be more satisfied with the kindness and consideration offered here. - Our call was returned within an hour. Our concerns were addressed very much to our satisfaction. - We have been searching for a lawyer for a very challenging situation. We spoke to Jay, and when he got back to me, he was so kind and helpful. Although it turned out that they were not going to be able to take on our case, the time that Jay gave me answering vital questions was incredibly helpful, and so rare. Any firm that would do this, I cannot imagine would not offer excellent service. Although we're saddened, they won't be able to take on our case, I just had to leave a review. Thank you. - Superb service and excellent disposition. - Lina was extremely helpful in my particular situation regarding allegations of SA. She was understanding, informative and a pleasure to talk to and converse with. I would highly recommend her in similar situations to my self regarding retaliatory accusations, and would love to have her fully represent me if I needed her. Cannot recommend enough 11/10. - Jay was able to give me very grounded advice on a legal matter that turned out to be a complete scam. It was an intense experience for me, but he talked to me like a human and assured me as his attorney what I should do and was able to give me very sound advice on what to pay attention. Without his guidance, I would have be a victim of a scam. - Earlier tonight, I was dealing with a possible phone scam about “Failure to Appear” & “Contempt of Court” for a past “DWS citation”. The person on the phone stated he was a Portland Police Lieutenant & was pushing me to make a bond payment for $1,750 to drop warrants for my arrest & setup a new court appearance. Fortunately, I had already been in touch with a lawyer from IMHOFF & Associates for said case. The entire call sounded illegitimate; unprofessional and improper police &/or court procedure. After a lengthy discussion trying to get all the information from this guy, who was flip flopping data all over the place (somewhat threatening), I finally said; I’m not paying anything to anyone I don’t know, ESPECIALLY over the phone. I’m contacting my lawyer. From start, call sounded like a scam or fraudulent falsification of information, to say least. Right after hanging up, I reached out to IMHOFF & Associates. Lina responded with the quickness & was extraordinarily helpful!!! She searched the portals, with all my information & found that my case was unidentifiable. I’m still waiting for final word from the DAs Office. However, with Lina at IMHOFF & Associates quick attention & information gathering, I’m at ease that the call WAS A TOTAL SCAM. Be careful out there folks! I HIGHLY recommend IMHOFF & Associates!!! Every time I’ve had to contact them, it’s been an extremely positive experience, during super stressful times. Top notch customer service. - I'm glad everyone else got help I paid $6000 for advice - Lina was totally professional and compassionate, talking to her didnt feel like I was speaking with an attorney but a friend. Highly recommend!! - My domestic partner believed she was under investigation for a crime. I spoke with Lina for counseling and before I even finished my explanation of the circumstances she was already able to notice we were being scammed. This surprised us as we had done our research and they were not asking for money. This kind of scam we were dealing with was a brand new one (like she only heard about one other person within the last 2 months) that was being targeted by people in our area and Lina’s method of explanation, patience, and kindness were amazing. After she had helped explain and show how this was a scam she even stayed in contact to help us through this after I explained everything to my domestic partner. This kind of knowledge, kindness, and aftercare was incredible and the craziest thing is that they didn’t even charge us as this was still considered a consultation. We were originally contacting Imhoff & Associates for prefile representation for my domestic partner and they literally saved us. They will definitely stay in our contacts if we ever need a good lawyer, because their people definitely have heart!
